Dr Ross White – DClinPsy PhD BSc
The clinic will assist clients in managing a range of psychological and emotional difficulties including symptoms linked to low mood, anxiety, burn-out, loss and/or life challenges (including experiences of injury, chronic pain, adjusting to retirement, the ending of relationships etc.).
Dr Ross White is a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist who completed his BSc and PhD at Queen’s University Belfast. He has 20 years’ experience of supporting the mental health and wellbeing of clients. He delivers a range of evidenced-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
Ross also has a specialist interest in supporting people working in high-performance environments and has provided clinical psychology support to Everton Football Club Academy, the Irish Rugby Football Union, and Athletics N.I. to help people to both perform well and feel well.
Ross is available to meet with clients on Tuesday and Thursday.
